Your Body Will Scream "Help Me" If You Skimp on This

Exercise is making your life so much more easier and save you a lot of money at the end. Less pains and aches and injuries.
 
I know it is not always easy and the time issue is always the first excuse not to do any exercise. I made a scrap book with exercise routines from the newest health magazines(or on the iPad) and plan my routines for every day. Can't wait to do just that every day! Amazing to see how much I improved! I do exercises that I never thought I would do or lift heavier weights. My posture improved! No more pains and aches here and there. I am more flexible ext. I keep on going every day and forget about the fact that I dream of looking like a bikini model. You might never look like one,but I know for sure that you can better your morphology and bring out the best values of your body. it is never too late to start and you are never too old and with the newest research there is no more exercises for this or that age group....everybody do the same,but with different heart monitoring. Always check your pulse and posture. Start slowly and build up every week a little bit. Keep a diary! 
 
The newest research and way to train our bodies is no more lengthy hours in the gym and complicated routines. My longest session is 50min. per session and the shortest 25minutes! But you work hard in that time and forget about everything else. It is just brain connected to heart and muscles. I do not have excuses any more and I do not listen to people's any more. You do not need a personal trainer(download a program from the magazine on your iPad and check the illustration's position and posture),a gym or equipment and fancy outfits. This will also teach you to keep on training when you are traveling ext. Do your exercise first thing in the morning after the kids went to school. You and your health is important...the washing,cleaning,e-mails,what's up's ext. can wait.
 
Come on! You can do it and it is so much fun and it is amazing to see yourself getting fitter,stronger,toned and in shape and best of all...you sleep well and look fresh every day and with a happy spirit! You do not get sick often and get over it quickly. No more hormonal imbalances and PMS or mood swings.
 
Don't wait for the 1st of the month or the first day of the week or New Year. Do not just train for the summer bikini...MAKE IT PART OF YOUR LIFESTYLE AND WHO YOU ARE. DO IT FOR YOURSELF. DO IT FOR YOU AS A COUPLE AND YOUR CHILDREN.
 
Remember that you are still - "You are what you eat"...so keep track of the fructose charts every day and make sure  you take enough protein before and after exercise(as soon as 30min. after your training is the best  to help with the recovery process and to tone those muscles. Be careful of protein shakes in GNC...too much Xylitol,Succrose and A-Selfame K and aspartame in it. Stay away from sugar...it give you flabby muscles and interfere with the protein's work in the muscles. Stay away from table salt to get rid of that orange peel skin. Bigger muscles less fat and cellulite. Remember there is nothing that you can do about cellulite...you have it or you don't,but you can improve the look of it by tone up your muscles and eat healthy.
